The machine carriage is of
all welded construction with a traverse box
beam section and heavy box shaped side supports
that run on rail surfaces lower than the worktable.
The main longitudinal drive wheels are mounted
on the precision-machined side rail. A motorized
carriage drives a steel band for the traverse
movement of the slave carriage.

Ignition Modules
For each cutting torch one auto ignition module
is used, the unit is clamped to the side of the
torch and contains an electrical igniter and nozzle
for the customer selected fuel gas.

when piercing and low flame setting when cutting.

More precise control when piercing thick plate or
multiple torch applications.
