MODEL W-132 Pipe Cutter - STARTING UNDER $26,000 !!!

The W-132 LPSC is a pipe cutter capable of cutting from 3” to 32” diameter pipe up to 20’ long.(optional lengths priced below). Complete with oxy fuel torch and magnetic valve manifold, with plasma interface and wiring to attach customer supplied plasma cutter. The torch is manually adjusted to the desired bevel angle. Includes 5 TR10 transfer rolls. The W-132 insures straight cuts by utilizing a rotary clamp to draw the pipe into an indexing roller to control pipe walk. If plasma cutting is used, the ground is completed by attaching the ground clamp to the end of the pipe and moving it to the next part to be cut after each cut.
The carriage is manually positioned to the desired location and locked into place. The carriage floats on a roller ball standoff to maintain an accurate distance from the pipe surface.

MODEL W-122 Computer Controlled Pipe Cutting Machine…..$55,000.00

The W-122 is a two axis pipe cutter complete with 20ft capacity roller bed capable of cutting diameters from 1” pipe (1.31” O.D.) to 12.750” O.D. The pipe support bed has an array of pipe and tube cutting systems roller balls installed to support the pipe allowing the pipe to rotate during the cutting process and also enabling the pipe to feed lengthwise into the chuck.

The plasma torch (see options) is clamped into a protractor frame and rotated manually to the required bevel angles. Indexable pins locate the torch holder at 90 degrees, 30 degrees off 90, and 37.5 degrees off 90. Other non standard angles can also be set with the protractor.

Up to 50 cuts can be linked together, enabling the cutting carriage to travel automatically from one cut to the next. All cuts are programmed from the cut menu and positioning is based off pipe centerlines, making the programming process very simple. Up to 2500 files can be saved with 50 cuts per file.
Available cut types are: straight, miters at any angle, saddles on any angle, Y’s, holes at any angle, slots, rectangles, offset holes and saddles, dummy legs and elipses. Structural truss cuts are also available.
